WHY CHOOSE CLUB FIVE HEALTH FOR PELVIC CARE?

We don’t make guesses; we evaluate. A full review of your posture, breathing, pelvic floor tone, core coordination, movement patterns, and factors that may be affecting you, such as hormones, sleep, and stress. This is the first step of your treatment. Then, we develop a step-by-step plan that includes both in-clinic treatments and specific at-home progressions. You will work with a team of professionals from different fields who will coordinate every step, from relieving symptoms in the short term to building long-term resilience. This will speed up results and make them last.

Benefits clients report:

  • Reduced leakage and urgency
  • Relief from pelvic pain and pressure
  • Stronger, more responsive core
  • Better sexual function and confidence
  • Improved athletic performance and recovery

TECHNOLOGIES AND THERAPIES WE USE

PEMT / EEMT (Pulsed/Electro‑Magnetic Therapies)

Uses pulsed electromagnetic fields to get the pelvic floor and deep core muscles active, improve circulation, and heal tissue. Which is great for stress/urge incontinence, postpartum re-education, pelvic discomfort, and hip–low-back synergy deficiencies. Sessions last between 20 and 30 minutes, during which patients are clothed. After that, there are usually short coordination drills to help you remember the muscle memory that you’ve learned.

High‑Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM)

It makes supramaximal contractions that are stronger than voluntary effort to quickly strengthen and re-educate the pelvic muscles. It is usually done in 6–8 sessions over 3–4 weeks with objective re-testing. It is not invasive and has been cleared by the FDA. Patients with pacemakers, metal implants, or those who are pregnant are not eligible. At your consultation, our team will inform you whether you are eligible for certain treatments.

Rehab Exercise

Evidence-based progressions that include 360° breathing, pressure management, pelvic floor coordination, core canister strength, hip mobility/strength, posture and lift mechanics, and return-to-run/jump protocols. Biofeedback is also available to help improve both endurance and quick-reactive control for leak reduction and daily performance.

Manual Therapies

Targeted hands-on techniques, such as myofascial release, trigger point work, abdominal/visceral mobilization, sacroiliac and lumbar techniques, scar mobilization, and nerve glides, are used to reduce pain and tone, restore tissue glide and blood flow, and improve neuromuscular coordination for smooth, easy movement.

Supplements

Magnesium, omega-3s, curcumin, collagen with vitamin C, electrolytes, and targeted probiotics may be part of your personalized treatment plan. These supplements help with muscle relaxation, inflammatory balance, connective tissue integrity, hydration, and the gut-pelvic axis, all in line with your labs, prescriptions, and goals.

Peptides

BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV are examples of peptide options that help to support soft tissue repair, coordination, and recovery from training or procedures. Dosing, duration, and outcomes are all tracked to make sure they fit you.

IV Therapy

Gives your body the hydration, electrolytes, vitamins, and amino acids through specific IV blends to help with energy, tissue repair, and recovery during higher-load periods. IV therapy usually lasts 30 to 60 minutes with no downtime.

IM Booster Shots

As part of an integrated treatment plan, we include injections of methylcobalamin B12, B-complex, taurine, carnitine, vitamin D, and other vitamins and minerals that can be given between visits or before busy weeks to help with energy, methylation, and muscle function.

Frequently asked questions

  • Is HIFEM safe and effective?

Yes. HIFEM is a non-invasive, clinically validated treatment that improves pelvic floor strength and reduces leakage by inducing supramaximal contractions that are not achievable voluntarily.

  • Will I only do Kegels?

No. Most people need coordinated breath‑core‑hip training and progressive loading, not just isolated squeezes. We teach full‑system control for real‑world results.

  • How soon will I notice improvements?

Many feel changes within 2 and 4 weeks, with significant progress by 8 and 12 weeks depending on starting point and consistency.

  • Do you treat both women and men?

Absolutely. Our program is inclusive and tailored to each person’s body, health, and goals.

  • Can I continue training?

In most cases, yes, with smart modifications. We’ll guide safe progressions so you can keep moving while you heal stronger.
