Club 5 is a wonderful place! The people are so very kind, understanding, compassionate and helpful. I was rear ended 3 times in 10 years by other drivers. The last rear end collision left me almost bed ridden. I had post concussion symptoms that lasted a year, stopped and came back. The pain from the headaches from the concussion were debilitating. I couldn’t look at light. I would go to the ER because the migraine headaches were so bad. I had severe dizziness and blurred vision. I would get nauseous and vomit. I couldn’t drive. I was unable to hold  conversations with people because of the severe pain in my head.I couldn’t think correctly, I couldn’t remember. My life was horrible, that’s putting it mildly. I didn’t have a life. Then I found Club 5. The people at Club 5 are so kind and helpful. They are the only ones who helped rid me of all my symptoms. No other doctors or clinics could help. I absolutely love this place! Every member of the team has helped me immensely. I had severe tendinitis in my forearms and within weeks it was healed and I no longer experience pain. They are currently working on a muscle spasm in my shoulder and I have continued to see so much improvement. Today I am enjoying a free treatment for my birthday! Have had a variety of treatments at Club 5 including Piezowave, Hyperbaric Chamber, IV infusion and Infrared light therapy to treat various injuries.
