Styku 3D Body Scan & Menla Scan Wellness Screening

Club Five Health wellness center offers two non-invasive scanning experiences that are designed to help establish a baseline and measure your progress over time. Both scans have different purposes.

  • Styku is a visual progress tracker that focuses on external measurements + body shape.
  • Menla Scan is a wellness screening tool that uses multiple sensor technologies to capture a wider picture of health (trend tracking for several body signals).
STYKU/ Menla Scan

Styku 3D Body Scan

Styku is a visual, fast way to track and measure your body’s dimensions and shape. Styku uses a 3D system to create a detailed model of your body. It then extracts hundreds of measurements based on landmarks. The scan takes only 35 seconds, but the real value is in comparing scans over time to determine how your body changes.

Styku can also be a powerful tool, as it allows you to differentiate your experience from a standard weigh-in. Styku helps you understand progress by transforming it into something that you can measure and see. The 3D model is a great way to track changes in body shape and proportions. It can also be used for goal-setting and accountability.

What Styku can help you with

  • Create a 3D visual baseline of your entire body
  • Measurement-based progress tracking beyond the scale
  • Compare the before and after changes in shape, proportions, and size
  • Keep motivated by checking in with a goal during a program

What you can expect

  • The 3D model of the body (viewed from different angles)
  • Body measurements in detail (waist, hips and thighs)
  • Tracking progress over time to ensure results are objective and measurable

Where Styku is commonly used

  • Fitness & Sport
    • Body measurements are used to calculate body fat percentage with high precision
    • Fitness professionals can use the 3D model as a tool to track changes and set goals.
  • Aesthetics

Menla Scan Wellness Screening

Menla Scan at our wellness center provides a quick overview of physiological signals by using multiple sensor technologies. Menla Scan combines several measurement methods to provide a comprehensive assessment that supports education, goal setting, and monitoring.

Menla Scan is a combination:

  • Heart Rate Variability (HRV).
    • Heart rate variability is a physiological phenomenon that measures the variation between beats in the interval between heartbeats.
  • Galvanic skin response (GSR).
    • Definition: A change in the electrical properties or the skin
  • Digital Pulse Wave Analysis
    • The contour of the peripheral waveform is displayed in relation to the volume changes within the artery.
  • Bioimpedance & body composition (BIA).
    • The bioelectrical impedance technique is widely used for estimating the body composition. It is especially useful in large-scale population studies.

Menla Scan reports are usually presented in a visual format that is easy to understand (scores and graphs). This allows you to see your baseline and track changes over time.

Menla Scan can help you with a variety of tasks

  • Set a wellness baseline that goes beyond weight and measurement
  • As your routine, lifestyle, and recovery improve, you can track trends.
  • Repeat non-invasive checks-in to monitor changes over time
  • Structured feedback can help you set smarter goals

What you can expect

  • Visually appealing wellness results reports
  • Scores/graphs for repeated comparison
  • Body composition measurements via BIA are part of the screening

Important note: Menla Scan was designed for general wellness screening, not to diagnose disease. It is used for proactive decision making and trend tracking, not to replace diagnostic medical tests.

What Scan should you choose?

Choose Styku if you want:

  • Visual proof of Body Transformation
  • Tracking progress in inches
  • The scale is not the only motivating factor in this before/after experience

Menla Scan is the best option if you are looking for:

  • Multiple sensor technologies are used to create a broader picture of wellness
  • Stress/recovery-related signals and trend tracking
  • Structured reports that support ongoing monitoring

Some clients use Menla Scan to establish a wellness baseline, and Styku to track body progress visually.
