About Electrical Muscle Stimulation

E-stim, also known as electrical muscle stimulation, employs specialized equipment to deliver electrical impulses through the skin to specific nerves or muscles.
Different kinds of electrical muscle stimulation exist. Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) and transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation (TENS) are the two most popular types.
